CORDLESS HOT STAPLER FOR PLASTICS

Innovative portable plastic welder, battery-powered, for repairing all types of plastics using stainless steel clips.

Compact, cordless equipment: allows access to hard-to-reach repair areas. Enables fast and practical repair of parts with major damage, such as breaks and extensive tears.

Ideal for repairing bumpers, headlight brackets, and any type of plastic.

The staples are inserted at the end of the handle. By pressing the red button twice, heat is transferred to the staple, which can then be inserted into the plastic, melting it through pressure against the part.

Once the staple is inserted (without penetrating the plastic), it should be left to cool for 8 seconds. The handle is then removed, and the staple remains embedded in the plastic part, reinforcing its structure.

By repeating this process along each centimeter of the crack or tear, the plastic is repaired, restoring its original appearance, strength, and functionality.

The device allows staples to be inserted in 3 different positions and is equipped with an LED light.

The kit comes in a practical carrying case and includes 9 types of staples adapted for various repair tasks.
